1. Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided by DotQR, including but not limited to creating and managing short links and QR codes.

2. Use of the service

Users agree not to use DotQR for illegal, misleading or harmful purposes. Generating QR codes or links that point to malware, phishing sites or illegal content is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account removal.

3. Liability

DotQR aims for the highest availability (uptime) of the service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from temporary unavailability of links or the application.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partially used months.
